A rebuck gwoge

Tommy presses something small and brown into my hand. Maybe a piece of dead leaf or wet construction paper.
"Mommy, a rebuck gwoge."
"A what what?"
"A rebuck!"
"What's a rebuck?"
buzzing sounds
"A bug?"
"A rebug"
"A real bug?" (he has toy bugs)
nods "Yes. A rebug gwoge."
"A real bug broke? How?"
holds up one finger "I poke a rebug."
Not construction paper. A smooshed bug. Ick.

I read this post to my husband. We both laughed. Your little Tommy is funny!
